1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders in the online shop burgenerskisport.ch of Burgener SKI Sport, Saastalstrasse 199, 3910 Saas-Grund, Switzerland.

2. Contract

By submitting your order you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded with our order confirmation by e-mail.

3. Prices and shipping

Prices in CHF. Shipping: Switzerland CHF 9.90, Europe CHF 13.00, worldwide CHF 17.00. Customs duties may apply outside Switzerland.

4. Payment

Payment in the secure checkout (e.g. credit card, Klarna). Shipping after receipt of payment.

5. Returns

Returns within 14 days according to our returns and refund policy.

6. Warranty and liability

Statutory warranty applies. Liability, as far as legally permitted, only for intent or gross negligence.

7. Law

Swiss law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions remain reserved.
