Returns within 14 days

You can return items bought online within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. The item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

How to return

Before sending, contact us by e-mail at yannick-bayard@hotmail.com or by phone at 079 366 55 64 with your order number. We will send you the return address. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer unless the item is defective or wrongly delivered.

Refund

After receiving and checking the return, we refund the purchase price within 14 days via the original payment method. Original shipping costs are not refunded for returns without a defect.

Defective or wrong items

If an item is damaged, defective or wrong on receipt, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We will replace it free of charge or refund the full amount including shipping.

Exchange

If you would like a different colour, return the item as described above and order the desired colour again.
